Harrah’s and Caesars Hotels apply Diamon Fusion® in Atlantic City
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, June 2002- Diamon Fusion® New Jersey LLC, Licensee of Diamon Fusion®
International, Inc. (DFI), award winner of the “Innovative Product of the
Year”, has introduced DFI’s hydrophobic technology in the
hotel industry by applying the Diamon Fusion® coating at two major hotel facilities
in Atlantic City, New Jersey: Harrah’s and Caesars Atlantic City.
Atlantic City is one of the largest entertainment centers in the world with more
than 33 million people visiting every year.
Lynn Guthrie, President of Diamon Fusion® New Jersey LLC, very pleased with the contracting
of these two large projects in Atlantic City, stated: “We are very pleased
to have contracted such high profile projects and to have completed the first phase
to our customers’ complete satisfaction; the added-value of Diamon Fusion®
to their glass will drastically reduce the hotels’ maintenance expenses in
addition to enhancing the hotel furnishings”.
Diamon Fusion® is a proprietary process (patented technology) of growing
an optically clear film from the inside of the glass (or any other silica-based
surface) out, filling the microscopic ridges of the substrate and then “capping“
it, creating a long lasting hydrophobic (water repellent) film. This film is permanently
attached to the substrate, prevents damage and dramatically reduces the time required
to maintain treated surfaces in residential, commercial, automotive or any other
industrial applications.
